3. No Automatic Contract Formation

All client-related information is treated as confidential.

Information will not be disclosed to third parties except:

  • when required by law, or

  • to qualified engineers or subcontractors involved in service delivery after contract conclusion and subject to confidentiality obligations.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, and materials, is the intellectual property of EngineeringOnDemand LLC unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA.

Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.
